Bills Edwards wants to make fresh start

Tomas ran the 40-yard dash in 4.43 seconds at the NFL scouting combine, also bench pressing 225 pounds 21 times. He also has been scheduled for several other visits, including Chiefs, Jaguars, Browns and the Titans.

Sharper has not visited anyone else

Cowboys hope Barber will play VS. Vikes

Dallas Cowboys coach Wade Phillips is confident that running back Marion Barber will do his best to surpass a knee injury and play in Sunday's NFC divisional playoff game at Minnesota.

"He's been mad at me the last two years because I didn't let him play in the preseason game there," Phillips said, chuckling. "So I know he wants to play there just from that." Titans DT Brown miss the season finale vs. Seahawks

We won't see Tony Brown with his titans jersey in Sunday's season finale against the Seattle Seahawks.

The Titans defensive tackle met a knee problem. He has hurt his quadriceps during a Dec. 13 game against the St. Louis Rams. He said Friday that blood from that injury has leaked into the knee area, causing pain and swelling."It's just real stiff, and the range of motion is really hard to get," Brown said. "I had to warm it up, but it's been stiff on me." Brown said he hasn't been feeling like himself the past few games. "I would definitely be hurting the team if I go out there and can't finish the game," he said.

He may accept the cleanup surgery after the season.
